Registration and Information

  For enrollments, there is a process of curriculum analysis of student documentation:

• Verification of Graduate Diplomas and other personal documents.

• Signature of the University and student contract term.

• Initial registration payment.

DISSERTATION AND/OR THESIS DEFENSE?

The defense is done in a face-to-face room.

Locations: Rio de Janeiro/RJ – São Paulo/SP – Brasília/DF and Manaus/AM

WHAT IS THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD?

The enrollment period runs continuously. It should be noted that classes start at the beginning of the month at the end of the month, with the student having access to the virtual learning environment after sending the documentation and paying the enrollment fee.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR COMPLETING THE COURSE?

Master's degree:

Minimum 12 months and maximum 24 months.

Doctorate degree:

Minimum of 24 months and maximum of 48 months.

DO YOU HAVE THE NOTICE FOR THE MASTER'S DEGREE?

Do not. Under US law, there is no requirement for a notice to be issued.

IS THIS COURSE RECOGNIZED IN BRAZIL?

Professional recognition yes, academic recognition will have to be carried out on the Carolina Bori platform

Upon completion of the course, we will deliver all the necessary documentation for submission through the Carolina Bori platform, in accordance with Resolution No. 3, of June 22, 2016 and Normative Ordinance N022, of December 13, 2016.

The tests are in Portuguese. Duration is up to 2 hours.

The course is in Portuguese.

HOW TO DEDUCT INCOME TAX?

YES, UNIVERSIDADE BRASILEIRA will issue the declaration for the deduction of income tax.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION?

• Identity Card or Functional Identity Card (within the validity period);

• CPF;

• Birth or Marriage Certificate;

• Voter registration;

• Discharge statement with the Electoral Justice;

• Reservist card (only for male candidates);

• Proof of Residence updated with a maximum of 90 (ninety) days;

• Curriculum Lattes;

• Diploma and Graduation History.

Note: all documents must be the originals, legibly scanned and without

cuts for electronic submission. Therefore, there is no need for signature recognition.

To prove the legitimacy of the documents sent, the candidate must complete a Declaration of Veracity, sent by the institution.

WHEN DO CLASSES BEGIN?

Classes always start on the 5th of each month.
